Operational Risk Manager (m/f)

Job description:
  • Implementation and operation of the “Operational Risk“-Area within the internal model
  • Independent coordination and organization of workshops domestic and abroad
  • Interface between qualitative and quantitative risk management
  • Participation in Group-workshops
  • Monitoring of risks and indicators
  • Validation of Operational Risk expert judgements
  • Calibration of the distributions and dependencies in close cooperation with the quantitative risk management
  • Preparation of the relevant documentation and training material
  • Construction and operation of corresponding databases
Profile:
  • Completed studies in mathematics or economics
  • Professional experience in insurance or banking with emphasis in Risk Management preferred
  • Fluent German (spoken and written)
  • High level of autonomy and independent creativity
  • Ability to work in teamwork-enviroment and strong communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the MS-Office package, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High degree of motivation
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
