Alternative Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Job description:

  • Implementation of digitalisation and innovation management processes (Design Thinking, Customer Journey, Best Practice Lab, e-Commerce) using iterative techniques where appropriate and realisation of defined individual sales projects
  • Design and development of alternative distribution channels and solutions
  • Acquisition and relationship management of industrial national and international customers (B2B2C) in the region and in collaboration with our sales management team
  • Company and product presentations to customers
  • Information research and analysis
  • Market analysis and monitoring
  • Organising and implementing promotional campaigns and Events

Profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial education, ideally with additional qualification as an IT specialist or an economics degree
  • Excellent understanding of IT as well as an existing network in the field of IT and start-ups
  • Project management experience
  • Skills in partner and ecosystem management
  • Basic knowledge in commercial insurance lines of business
