Job description:

  • Coordination, support and quality assurance of the risk monitoring and risk reporting processes of our subsidiaries
  • Analysing risk model results and deducing relevant steering information for our management
  • Improving and automating existing and implementing new reporting processes to fulfil ever increasing regulatory- and internal requirements
  • Compiling a quarterly risk report to inform the HINT BoM, Talanx and BaFin about our risk situation
  • Implementing, improving and operating internal risk models for our biggest subsidiaries
  • Supporting special projects such as due diligences in the event of M&As, individual risk analysis or case studies


  • Finished bachelor, master or PHD degree in math or business administration with quantitative focus
  • Relevant experience in insurance business, controlling, accounting or actuarial science
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking as well as the ability to work on complex topics and processes with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Highly autonomous, venturous and able to work under pressure
  • Team-minded and enthusiasm to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment
  • Willingness to learn and improve upon one`s skills
  • Good communication skills in English
